performance on Windows 2008 64bit

Hi,

I have the following situation:
Windows 2008 server 64bit and Domino 8.5.1FP3 64bit, also running translog and DAOS. All on seperate disks.

the avarage AI is around 40 and the Health Report tells me server response is critical.

Any ideas where to look and what to check?
